A 17 year veteran of the CAD/CAE product development market. I’ve been onsite with over 800 manufacturing companies teaching/selling the best ways to cut time & cost from the R&D process. My network (1500+ LinkedIn connections) is made up mostly of CAE customer, prospect, and vendor contacts.

  • CAE sales and territory development
  • Responsible for all new business in RI, CT, and NY

Americas CFD Business Development Leader | 2011 – 2011

  • Manage launch of new CFD product in the Americas
  • Build pre-sales technical team
  • Teach and manage existing regional sales teams
  • Deliver on year 1 Americas quota starting with unknown product
  • (MSC killed relationship with 3rd party CFD provider after 6 months)

SpaceClaim Corporation | Account Executive | 2008 – 2010

  • Enterprise CAD/CAE software sales
  • Grew a new engineering software category: 3D Concept Modeling
  • Mentored inside sales team in effective prospecting techniques
  • Proved sales strategies around the value of fast CAD model simplification for CAE
  • Created “Bid Modeling” strategy to introduce the use of fast 3D with sales teams
  • Won Tyco Electronics $700k worldwide deal (still largest in SpaceClaim’s history)
